Hallo liebe Mitglieder,

Nach dem Begrüßungsabend letzte Woche sind schon viele Ausflüge ausgebucht.
Ihr seid echt Klasse!! Aber wir haben noch zwei Events, wo wir noch
Anmeldungen annehmen können:

1)      Besuch des *Stasi-Museums* und anschließendes Zeitzeugengespräch
(alles auf Deutsch). Das wird sicherlich sehr interessant. Diesen Samstag (*29.
April 2017, 11-14h*), *5€* für Mitglieder und Nicht-Mitglieder (also könnt
ihr auch eure Freunde mitbringen.)

2)      Eine etwas *alternative Stadttour durch Berlin*. Aus den Augen
eines Obdachlosen lernt ihr Berlin noch einmal ganz anders kennen (deutsche
Führung). Dienstag, *9. Mai 2017, um 18 Uhr. 3€* für Mitglieder und
Nicht-Mitglieder (auch hier könnt ihr wieder eure Freunde mitbringen).
Gleichzeitig findet auch eine Tour auf Englisch statt, in der ihr Berlin
von einem/einer Geflüchteten gezeigt bekommt, auch sehr spannend. Hier
haben wir aber nur noch EINEN Platz frei.

Wenn ihr an einem der beiden Ausflüge teilnehmen wollt, schreibt bitte eine
kurze Mail an Virginia (wycisk at zedat.fu-berlin.de).

Für alle anderen Ausflüge können wir euch nur noch Wartelistenplätze
anbieten. Wenn ihr das wollt, könnt ihr uns einfach eine Mail schreiben (
international.club at fu-berlin.de), dazu müsst ihr nicht extra zur
Sprechstunde kommen.

Wir freuen uns euch spätestens zum Internationalen Stammtisch am 31. Mai
alle wieder zu sehen und wünschen euch bis dahin eine tolle Zeit in Berlin.

Dear members of the International Club,

Almost all trips are booked out after the Info Night last week. You guys
are awesome!! For now, there are only two events left for which we still
have some free spots available:

1)      The visit to the *Stasi-Museum* and a talk with a contemporary
witness (both in German). This is going to be super interesting. This
Saturday (*April 29, 11am-2pm), 5€* for members and non-members (so bring
your friends!).

2)      The *alternative city tour* during which you are going to
experience Berlin through the eyes of a former homeless person (also in
German). Tuesday, *May 9, 6pm. 3€* for members and non-members (so again:
bring your friends). There is an English tour taking place at the same
time. Here, a refugee will introduce you to his/her Berlin. Also quite a
fascinating way of discovering the German capital. But be quick: we only
have one free spot for this tour left.

If you are interested in joining one of the events above, just write a
short mail to Virginia (wycisk at zedat.fu-berlin.de).

And for all other events we can only offer you spots on the waiting lists.
If you want to be put on one, just write us a mail (
international.club at fu-berlin.de), you don’t have to come to our office
hours for that.

We look forward seeing all of you at the International Bar Night on May 31
