ich habe heute sowohl die private als auch eine Firmen-Nexcloud auf 
1.22.1 (31.0.6) upgedatet und bekomme anschließend in den 
Administrationseinstellungen folgendes angezeigt:

Falsches Zeilenformat in deiner Datenbank gefunden. ROW_FORMAT=Dynamic 
bietet die beste Datenbankleistung für Nextcloud. Bitte aktualisiere das 
Zeilenformat in der folgenden Liste: nc_calendar_resources_md, 
nc_circles_share_lock, nc_calendarobjects_props, nc_circles_membership, 
nc_authtoken, nc_calendarchanges, nc_comments_read_markers, 
nc_privacy_admins, nc_text_steps, nc_migrations, nc_vcategory,
