Sehe da keinen Fehler, der zur letzten Meldung führen sollte. Mich wundert 
allerdings, dass IMHO auch 

PHP8-WEB IMAGICK
usw.

und nicht nur für PHP8-CLI auftauchen sollten .

Ich schicke dir mal ein neues /var/install/config.d/nextcloud.sh zu. Sichere 
vorher das Original bevor du meine Skriptversion da hin kopierst.

Dann rufe die nextcloud-Konfiguration auf und poste bitte die Ausgabe.
