[Eisfair] PHP8-WEB INTL module: enabled, but not loaded!

ja, die soll doppelt geladen werden, muss nicht sein, hat aber 
keinen negativen Effekt.

Die wird als default ueber die eisfair.ini geladen, wer da noch an 
interessiert ist weiss ich so auch nicht.
