Java­Script Deve­l­oper for Brain Simu­la­tion Pro­ject

Ide­ally Infor­ma­ti­cian with focus on Java­Script/Python; didac­tical
inte­rest how to pre­pare neu­ro­sci­ence in an appea­ling way would be
opti­mal.

Require­ments:

* Good pro­gramming skills (in par­ti­cu­lar Java­Script),
under­stan­ding of Python
* The ability and inte­rest for crea­ting an appea­ling inter­ac­tive
e-learning GUI and the didac­tic pre­pa­ra­tion of neu­ro­sci­en­ti­fic
issues for edu­ca­tio­nal pur­po­ses.

What we of­fer:

We are a mul­ti­di­sci­pli­nary (neu­ro­sci­ence, bio­in­for­ma­tics,
mathe­ma­tics) and inter­na­tio­nal (DE, CA etc.) rese­arch group
focu­sing on com­plex brain activity. By com­bi­ning advan­ced
mul­ti­modal neu­ro­i­ma­ging and com­pu­ta­tio­nal mode­ling we aim to
iden­tify gene­ra­tive mecha­nisms of ongo­ing neu­ro­nal dyna­mics. We
pro­vide a fri­endly envi­ron­ment and the chance to work on an
esta­blis­hed soft­ware pro­ject in a com­pre­hen­sive
mul­ti­di­sci­pli­nary emer­ging field.
