Job Purpose
We are actively working on solving the ARC-AGI challenge by applying our innovative neurosymbolic world modeling techniques. You will drive the development and implementation of state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms towards that end as part of an international research team. This role combines theoretical knowledge with practical application to create innovative AI solutions that address cutting-edge technical challenges in AI.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop advanced machine learning models that integrate neural networks with symbolic reasoning.
Lead research initiatives in areas such as neurosymbolic AI, probabilistic world modeling, and causal inference.
Conduct experiments and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics, with a focus on interpretability and explainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate neurosymbolic ML solutions into the core system.
Stay up-to-date with the latest ML and cognitive science research and implement novel approaches.
Author technical documentation and research papers on your findings.
Present research findings and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and probability theory, with an understanding of logical and symbolic systems.
Extensive experience with modern machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Proficiency in Python and related ML/data science libraries.
Demonstrated experience in implementing and deploying advanced ML models.
Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and algorithms.
Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis.

Technical Skills & Competencies
Advanced Python programming skills.
Proficiency in deep learning frameworks.
Knowledge of reinforcement learning techniques.
Familiarity with version control systems.
Understanding of model optimization and interpretability methods.
