Job Overview



Are you passionate about both music and cutting-edge technology? Do you envision a future where Artificial Intelligence transforms the music industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic cross-functional team from GEMA and IT4IPM.



We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Assistant to join our team. You will help develop machine learning applications and provide support in Proof of Concept (PoC) and AI projects. This will include various tasks like process and data analysis, model development, and evaluation. Moreover, integration of model into serveries, as well as operation tasks, like infrastructure provisioning (Google Cloud) and creation of CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.



Responsibilities and Duties



Support the team for

  *   Analyzing internal processes to improve our automation with AI
  *   Analyzing and preparing data for building machine learning models
  *   Contribute to software engineering tasks including:

o   Software development with Python (Clean Code, KISS, Test-driven)

o   Setting up and maintaining Google Cloud infrastructure

Qualifications



  *   Experience in professional programming with Python
  *   Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures
  *   You are at the beginning of your Master's or have at least two semesters remaining
  *   You are located in Berlin or would like to move to Berlin
  *   You speak English on level C1 or higher and German on level B1 or higher
  *   (Optional) Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably GitHub Actions
  *   (Optional) Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform
