Wir haben eine Stelle für eine Masterarbeit am Virchow Klinikum zu vergeben. Das Thema ist grob die Analyse von Mikroskopie Bildern, hauptsächlich Fibrose Färbungen von Maus-Lebergeweben. Die Färbungen sind schon durchgeführt und die Scans am Mikroskop schon getätigt. Es geht darum, eine Methode zu entwickeln/programmieren, mit der diese Scans analysiert werden können. Gearbeitet wird mit Fiji oder Ilastik und es können auch eigene Ideen eingebracht werden. Alle Infos sind im Anhang zu finden.



Dear Students,

We have a position available for a Master's thesis at Virchow Klinikum. The topic is roughly the analysis of microscopy images, mainly fibrosis staining of mouse liver tissues. The stainings and the scans on the microscope have already been done. The goal is to develop/program a method to analyze these scans. We will work with Fiji or Ilastik and you can also bring in your own ideas. All information can be found in the attachment.
