The Data Science Junior Research Group at Paderborn University offers a 
full-time position as

*Research Assistant (f/m/d)*
(according to salary group E 13 TV-L)

starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

  * Research on Explainable Artificial Intelligence
  * This includes the development of scalable approaches for explaining
    machine learning models on large knowledge graphs
  * Teaching for 4 hours per week

Your profile:

  * Master’s degree in computer science or a related field
  * Profound knowledge in machine learning
  * Programming skills in Python
  * Prior knowledge of knowledge graphs, explainable machine learning,
    machine learning with graphs, and reinforcement learning is a plus
  * Very good knowledge of English, at least basic knowledge of German
