The “Machine Learning in Clinical Neuroimaging”

Group  (lead by Kerstin Ritter) is looking for a student assistant to
support research on  *transfer learning and domain adaptation for
neuroimaging* .


The ideal candidate would have

   - strong programming skills, specifically in python
   - experience in machine learning (courses / own projects)
   - some exposure to deep learning


Tasks will include (among others)

   - creating and maintaining (and debugging) python libraries
   - implementing simulations and analysis pipelines
   - aggregating and analysing neuroimaging data


The position is for 40 hrs/month, starting as soon as possible.

Candidates should not be at the end of their studies. Interest in doing a
lab rotation or a thesis with us is a plus.
