Dear colleagues,

we are looking for a bioinformatics master student, who wants to
investigate the role of circular RNAs in the pediatric tumor neuroblastoma
as a master thesis project.
CircRNAs are to be identified from custom RNA-Seq data, therefore a strong
interest in and some familiarity with next-generation sequencing data
analysis and non-coding RNAs are required.
In this translational science project you will participate in the analysis
of neuroblastoma pathogenesis. You will be directly supervised by an
experienced bioinformatician and cooperate closely with physicians and
biologists.
