To reinforce our team we are looking for a

Working student (m/w)
for IT support

Your tasks:
Ø  1st level hard- and software support for XU employees: This includes
troubleshooting of problems with laptops, tablets, printers and other
peripherals
Ø  Installation, configuration & maintenance of PC-Hardware, -hard- &
software undas well as mobile phones
Ø  Google Apps Support - Email, calendar, sheets, docs, presentation, gDrive
Ø  Documentation of little user manuals (tips & tricks) for our user software
Ø  Independent research and tests of innovative software tools
Ø  Procurement of hard- and software  according to the guidelines
Your profile:
Ø Ideally you study computer science, business informatics, information-
and communication technology or a similar field of study

Ø Knowledge in particularly of in Mac OS X

Ø Experience with Office 365, Google Apps, Slack

Ø You have good English skills

Ø Neither team play nor independent work are foreign to you

Ø Openness and a high degree of self-initiative are natural to you

Ø You are prepared to work in a very dynamic and intensive environment
