MELTWATER FELLOWSHIP TO AFRICA

Design curriculum, support faculty, and be critical in running a not- 
for-profit technology-entrepreneurship institute in Ghana.

Meltwater Entrepreneurial School of Technology (MEST) is recruiting  
students with a strong background in computer science for a Teaching  
Fellowship based in Accra, Ghana. Fellows will teach and mentor at  
MEST for 1 academic term or 1 academic year.

You must have strong management qualities and a keen, developed  
interest in people and teaching. You also must be driven,  
entrepreneurial and ambitious.

Teaching Fellows provide critical support, feedback, international  
perspectives, enthusiasm, and endless amounts of energy at MEST.

MEST is a not-for-profit NGO fully funded by Meltwater Group, a  
Norwegian software company headquartered in San Francisco,  
California. As a global company, Meltwater believes in developing  
fresh, untapped talent worldwide. Africa is an important player in  
the developing global marketplace and Meltwater will be there to  
encourage that growth.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years Computer Science curriculum
Intrepreneurial spirit
Management potential
Drive/Stamina
Developed interest and/or passion for teaching
Your responsibilities:

Advance MEST Trainees’ education in programming
Support and assist Faculty with curriculum design
and implementation
Support and assist Trainees with project work
Inspire and develop Trainee talent
Salary:
1000$/ per month (travel, housing and food provided)
