Hi Phill,
I've tested the bugs 1011, 1012 and 1014 using the git HEAD of JacORB.
Here's what I found:
Bug1011: Ok, solved.
Bug1012: The issue remains, that is, one of the calls seems not to reach
the server and there is a fifth call that is sent for no apparent
reason. I refactored
this test to fit into the existing regression test framework. Should I
upload this at http://www.jacorb.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=101
<http://www.jacorb.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1014>2 or commit in the
repository for approval?
Bug1014: The issue remains. As Nick suggested at
http://www.jacorb.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1014, it can be solved by
using duplicate. The problem for us is this workaround is not a suitable
solution since our project is not a closed application but a framework
instead, and to avoid the users from sharing objects between threads is
impractical. All we can do for now is to advert that doing this can lead to
the reported behavior.
Kind regards,
Vinicius
