Not a BUG, my fault 

Configuration like this (.org append to logger name) :

log4j.logger.org.jacorb=DEBUG,jacorb
log4j.additivity.org.jacorb=false

instead of :
log4j.logger.jacorb=DEBUG,jacorb
log4j.additivity.jacorb=false
