[Int. Club der FU] Christmas Party on Wednesday (correction) / No office hours this week

Liebe Mitglieder und Freunde des Internationalen Clubs,

am Mittwoch, 13.12.2017 (Achtung: anders als im Kalender angekündigt!!!)
veranstalten wir eine Weihnachts- und Geburtstagsfeier (20 Jahre
Internationaler Club), zu der wir euch hiermit herzlich einladen. Die
Feier findet ab 18 Uhr (bis maximal 22 Uhr) in der Ehrenbergstr. 26/28
statt. Wir werden eine paar süße weihnachtliche Speisen und Glühwein
bereit stellen, würden uns aber sehr freuen, wenn ihr auch etwas
mitbringen würdet. Darüberhinaus würden wir uns freuen, wenn ihr bei
folgender Aktion mitmachen würdet: Jeder, der möchte, bringt ein Päckchen
mit einer kleinen gekauften Sache (maximal 10 Euro) oder etwas, das er/sie
hat, aber eigentlich nicht mehr braucht (bitte nichts defektes) mit, wir
packen alles in einen großen Sack und später verteilen wir die Geschenke
zufällig an alle, die auch etwas mitgebracht haben. Je mehr von euch
mitmachen wollen, desto besser ;-) Bringt dazu einfach das verpackte
Geschenk am Mittwoch zur Feier mit. Falls das Geschenk besser für einen
Mann oder eine Frau geeignet ist, markiert das bitte entsprechend ;-)

Außerdem möchte ich hiermit gleich noch bekannt geben, dass wir diese
Woche keine Sprechstunden anbieten werden. Wer sich noch zu etwas an- oder
abmelden möchte, kann das auch am Mittwoch bei der Feier machen.

Dear members and friends of the International Club,

On Wednesday, 13th December (Attention: We announced a different date in
the calendar before!!!), we are going to have a combined Christmas and
birthday party (20 years of International Club) and herewith I would like
to invite you. The party takes place in Ehrenbergstr. 26/28 and starts at
6 p.m. (until 10 p.m. maximum). We will bring some sweet Christmas stuff
and "Glühwein" (mulled wine), but it would be nice if you contribute
something, too. Furthermore we would be happy if you participate in the
following thing as well: Everyone who wants to take part in that is kindly
asked to bring a package with a present. It can be either something you
bought (not more than 10 Euro please) or you still have but actually do
not need anymore (please nothing broken). We will put everything together
in a bag and will distribute all the packages randomly later in the
evening to those who also brought something. The more participants the
merrier :-) If you want to participate, just bring the package on
Wednesday with you to the party. If you have something that is especially
for a man or a woman, please mark it somehow.

Furthermore, I would like to announce with this email that there will be
no office hours this week. If you wanted to drop by, you can also clarify
that during the party.
