wir bringen Europa in die Schule! – Bist du dabei?

Du bist Gaststudent aus einem europäischen Land? – Dann kannst Du deutschen Schülern Dein
Heimatland in einem kleinen Projekt vorstellen!

Auf diese Weise kannst Du Deutschland besser kennen lernen und hier etwas von Deiner Kultur
vermitteln!

Dabei sind Deiner Kreativität keine Grenzen gesetzt: In den letzten Jahren hatten wir z.B. österreichische
IT-Projekte, ungarische Tänze, französische Gedichte und polnische Comics. Welche
Ideen hast Du?

Deinen Projektlehrer und viele andere Austauschstudierende kannst Du auf unserem Vorbereitungstreffen
im November/Dezember kennen lernen. Danach hast Du bis Mai Zeit, Dein
Projekt zu planen und durchzuführen. Dabei wirst Du von Deinem Lehrer unterstützt und
besuchst Deine Klasse drei bis fünf Mal. Bei Fragen und Problemen kannst Du Dich immer an
einen Mitarbeiter von Europa macht Schule e.V. wenden. Im Mai findet dann eine gemeinsame
Präsentation aller Projekte hier in Berlin statt, die den Abschluss des Programms bildet.

Dear Exchange Student,

We want to get Europe into the school classroom. – Are you interested?

Are you a student from a European country? – If so you have the opportunity to introduce your
home country to German pupils through a small project!

Through this project you can lean more about Germany and at the same time increase the
German pupil’s understanding and appreciation of your own country!

There will be a preparatory meeting in November/December where you will be introduced to a
German teacher who will act as your mentor. At this meeting you will also be able to meet many
other exchange students. Then you will have time until May to plan and realise your individual
project. Throughout this project your mentor teacher will support you. The project shall be
realised by you in three to five visits to your school. A member of Europa macht Schule e.V. will
always be available in case of questions or problems. In May there will be a closing event which
will include a joint presentation of all projects.
