FUBright Welcome Berlin Tour - Tränenpalast - for International Doctoral
Candidates

7 May 2015 Guided Visit of the Tränenpalast ("Palace of Tears")

You are an international doctoral candidate at Freie Universität Berlin
and you would like to meet your peers and discover interesting spots in
Berlin?
Then we would like to invite you for our
FUBright Welcome Berlin Tour - Tränenpalast on 7 May 2015!

  *   We will visit the so called Tränenpalast - a small building next to
the train station Friedrichstraße.
  *   During a 60 minute guided tour in English we will get to know the
history of the building which was part of the former border crossing
point when Berlin was still a divided city and hear about how the people
experienced the division of their city.
  *   Last but not least you will have the opportunity to meet your fellow
doctoral candidates and to build your network!
