Liebe Mitglieder des Internationalen Clubs!

Moin moin! Hamburg ahoi! Viele von euch haben bereits persönlich
nachgefragt – jetzt ist es soweit: Ihr könnt euch für den Wochenendausflug
nach Hamburg anmelden.

Die Fahrt findet statt am 12.07. und 13.07. Es gibt nur 22 Plätze.

Folgendes ist geplant:

Samstag:
-	Fahrt nach Hamburg mit dem Zug (früh morgens 7 Uhr!)
-	Stadtrundfahrt mit dem Bus
-	Führung im Rathaus
-	Freizeit
-	Abendgestaltung (Bars / Club) entweder in der Gruppe oder individuell,
wie ihr möchtet

Übernachtung im Hostel Pyjama Park Hamburg auf der Reeperbahn, in 4 oder 6
Bett Zimmern mit Etagenbad, aber ohne Frühstück. Hier könnt ihr euch das

Sonntag:
-	Optional: Hafenrundfahrt mit einem Boot (nicht im Preis)
-	Besuch in Hamburgs Wahrzeichen: St. Michaelis Kirche („Michel“) mit
Turmaufstieg und Blick über die Stadt
-	Rückfahrt um 18:30 Uhr, Ankunft in Berlin um ca. 21:30 Uhr

Preis: 70 Euro
Der Preis beinhaltet: Ticket für die Zugfahrt hin und zurück, U-Bahn Fahrt
vom Bahnhof zum Hostel, Übernachtung im Hostel (aber ohne Frühstück!),
Stadtrundfahrt, Führung im Rathaus und den Turmaufstieg im „Michel“.

Wie immer zahlt ihr Essen und Getränke selbst. Der Rest ist im Preis
inklusive.

Ihr könnt euch ab sofort anmelden. Ihr MÜSST im Voraus bezahlen. Am besten
zahlt ihr in diesem Fall per Überweisung. Bitte meldet euch per E-Mail an:
international.club at fu-berlin.de. Wir notieren dann, dass ihr mitkommen
wollt und sagen euch die Bankverbindung. Wir sagen euch auch bescheid,
wenn das Geld angekommen ist.  Ihr könnt euch aber auch per E-Mail
anmelden und dann in der Sprechstunde bezahlen.

Wir werden im Juli für alle die sich angemeldet haben ein
Vorbereitungstreffen veranstalten. Dort werden wir euch genau den Zeitplan
erklären und alle Fragen beantworten.

Wir hoffen ihr habt Lust auf Hamburg! Es wird sicher ein Erlebnis an das
ihr euch später häufig erinnern werdet.

Dear members of the International Club!

“Moin moin” and Hamburg ahoy!  Many of you have already asked me about the
trip and now it’s here. You can sign up for the trip to Hamburg.
The trip takes place on July 12 and 13. There are 22 places available.
Here’s what we have planned for the weekend:

Saturday
-	Train to Hamburg early in the morning, 7am
-	Tour of the city by bus with commentary
-	Tour at the Hamburg Town Hall
-	Free time
-	At night we can go out together (bars / club) or you can do whatever you
like

Overnight stay at Pyjama Park Hostel Hamburg. 4 and 6 bedrooms shared
bathroom on every storey, but breakfast is not included! Check out the

Sunday
-	Harbour tour by boat (optional, not included in the price)
-	Visit of Hamburg’s famous landmark St. Michaelis church spire with a
beautiful view of the city
-	Train back to Berlin at 6.30 pm, arrival in Berlin at  about 9.30 pm

Price: 70 Euro
The price includes: train tickets from Berlin to Hamburg and back, tickets
for public transport from the main station to our hostel and back, stay at
the hostel  (without breakfast), bus tour, tour at the town hall and the
visit at St. Michaelis church.

As with all of our trips everything is covered with your participation
fee. You just need to pay for food and drinks yourselves.

You can sign up now! You absolutely have to pay in advance. It’s best if
you pay via bank transfer.  Please send us an e-mail to
international.club at fu-berlin.de and let us know you want to join. We will
make a note of your name and tell you the bank connection. We will let you
know when we have received the money. You can also sign up via e-mail and
pay cash at the office.

In July we will offer a meeting in preparation of the trip for those who
have signed up. We will explain the details and answer all questions.

We hope you’re up for Hamburg! It’s sure going to be a lasting memory.
