zeig mal iptables -nvL in-dns-udp und iptables -nvL in-dns-tcp

Du hast in der <config-dir>/dns_dhcp.txt die Variable DNS_LISTEN_N=0
würde ich sagen = der DNS hört auf allen Interfaces
