Ich verwende die stable version. Diese kann VDSL problemlos und ich
vermute auch IPv6 (bitte nochmal prüfen).

Die 4.x hat Vorteile, wenn DSL vorübergehend nicht funktioniert und Du
das LTE-Mobilfunknetz als Ersatz vorab konfigurieren möchtest,
ansonsten braucht man sie nicht zwingend.
