das kommt nach Abschluss der Konfiguration, NC funktioniert danach auch

danach habe ich den webserver restart bestätigt

während der Neustarts bleibt die ps Ausgabe bei 
/var/install/config.d/nextcloud.sh

und dann erscheint in der GUI wieder:
