[Eisfair] Routen, die in der Base eingetragen sind werden nicht (mehr) gesetzt, Warum?

Vielleicht ein Timingproblem, weil das Netzwerkdevice mit ip-eth noch als
Initskript ausgeführt wird und unter systemd andere Dienste nicht darauf
warten.

Setze mal in der Base-Konfiguration

ETH_DRV_WAIT_ON_BOOT='eth0'
