Wenn du etwas für python kompilieren willst, brauchst du python38-dev, was
dann auch ein libpython3_8-1_0-Paket (enthält libpython3.8.so.0)
mitinstalliert.

Versuchs damit, libpython3.8m.so gibts auf eis nicht, oder ist das ein Typo.
