[Eisfair] Apache läuft, obwohl deaktiviert / Zusammenhang Update auf Systemd

Hallo,

mir ist aufgefallen, dass der Webserver Apache läuft, obwohl er in der 
Konfiguration nicht aktiviert ist. Er lässt sich über den Servicedialog 
auch nicht stoppen. Er läuft einfach weiter, obwohl der Dialog keine 
Fehlermeldung beim Stoppen ausgibt.

Beim Systemd muss noch einiges nachgebessert werden, denn das ist der 
Zeitpunkt, ab dem das passiert.
