[Eisfair] Nextcloud und mysql Installation funktioniert nicht

Finger weg von dieser uralten mysql-Version, die nur noch für wirklich
zwingende Notfälle vorgehalten wird.

Möglich, dass diese Version aber grundsätzlich nicht mehr unter eis nutzbar
ist.

Nimm mariadb103. mariadb ist kompatibel zu mysql.
