[Eisfair] dovecot No Cert, SSL-err = Disabled

Attention:
Renamed from the original name netcalc to netcalc-ng because of the
existance
of a specific netcalc tool in the eisfair base system. Never replace the
eisfair netcalc by the binary from this package.

Da steht nirgends etwas von ipcalc!

Es gab immer schon ein eisfair spezifisches netcalc, daher musste ich das
weltweit existierend netcalc umbenennen, da das eisfair spezifische netcalc
in grundlegenden Teilen der eisfair-Konfigurationsschicht benutzt wird und
die beiden nicht zueinander kompatibel (Optionen und Ausgabeform) sind.

Sollte dovecot ipcalc benutzen, müsste ein require auf netcalc-ng her.
