[Eisfair] Nextcloud-Fehler

Moin,
ich bekomme Nextcloud nicht zum funktionieren überredet.
Es wird beim Aufruf der Adresse nur eine leere Seite angezeigt.

nextcloud version (eisfair-1): 1.12.3
Database type  : mysql (mariadb103)
Database server: localhost:3306
Trusted domain(s): eis.home.lan
Apache2 SSL support: enabled

You should follow these instructions to solve the problem:

1. switch to the webserver user: # su - wwwrun
2. change directory            : > cd /var/www/htdocs/nextcloud
3. check the current directory : > pwd
                               : /var/www/htdocs/nextcloud
4. fix the previously described:
   problems by using occ, e.g. : > ./occ app:disable gallery
                               : gallery disabled
5. run update check            : > ./occ upgrade
                               : Update successful
6. disable the maintenance mode: > ./occ  maintenance:mode --off
                               : Maintenance mode disabled

finished.

Tue ich das, kommt:

eis > ./occ  maintenance:mode --off
An unhandled exception has been thrown:
Doctrine\DBAL\Exception: Failed to connect to the database: An exception 
occurred in the driver: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Benutzer 'abc'@'localhost' 
hat keine Zugriffsberechtigung (verwendetes Passwort: Ja) in 
/var/www/htdocs/nextcloud/lib/private/DB/Connection.php:85


Wenn ich das als root eingebe:

eis 2.8.25 # ./occ  maintenance:mode --off

kommt:
php: error while loading shared libraries: libltdl.so.3: cannot open shared 
object file: No such file or directory

Die lib ist aber installiert.
Weiß jemand Rat?
