versuche mal
lftp sftp://****.homepage.t-online.de:22 -u admin,PASSWORD

Du musst das sftp angeben

Ein kompletter aufruf wäre z.B.
lftp sftp://****.homepage.t-online.de:22 -u admin,PASSWORT -e 'lcd
/dein/locales/Verzeichnis  && mirror -c  &&  bye '

Damit würdest du deine HP komplett nach /dein/locales/Verzeichnis
kopieren/mirroren.
