Die Devices mit Major sind sdX-Devices; spricht eventuell dafür, dass die
Platte als hdX erkannt wurde, also durch den Standard-IDE-Treiber.

Hast du keine swap-Partition?

Die sollte 8,2, root aber 8,3 im Standardfall sein.

cat /etc/diskstats

in der Rettungskonsole; siehst du dann hda-Partitionen?
