[Eisfair] ISO in Ordner mounten, Mount-Befehl: Operation not permitted.

Hallo,

ich versuche gerade unser Archiv in Form eines ISO für bestimmte User 
zugänglich zu machen. Dazu würde ich es gerne in einer samba-share per 
mount einhängen.
Ich habe testweise mal ein 1.iso erzeugt, und einen Folder iso.

mount -o loop /tmp/1.iso /tmp/iso/
mount: /tmp/iso/: mount failed: Operation not permitted.

mount -r -o loop /tmp/1.iso /tmp/iso/
mount: /tmp/iso/: mount failed: Operation not permitted.


Was mach ich falsch?
Rechte? Fehlt dem Eis das Feature?
Komme mit meiner Suche hier leider nicht weiter und freue mich über Hilfe!
