[Eisfair] Fehler bei socat (x64-Inst.)

IMHO sind da nur Typos bzw. die START_EXEC_N Zeile mehrfach, nämlich Anzahl
der Einträge plus 1 reingeraten.

Auf eis1 sehe ich auch diese Macken, aber nach einmaligem Aufruf der
Konfiguration sieht das wieder sauber aus:

START_SOCAT='yes'                      # activate command execution: yes or
no
SOCAT_EXEC_N='1'                       # number of commands to execute
SOCAT_EXEC_1_ACTIVE='yes'               # 1. execute socat command: yes or
no
SOCAT_EXEC_1_COMMENT='Port 999 to 990'   #    description of socat command
SOCAT_EXEC_1_OPTIONS='TCP4-LISTEN:999,fork TCP4:localhost:990'
                                       #    socat command options

>   So laesst sich das Prg. leider nicht starten.

Hier startet es problemlos.
