[Eisfair] Nextcloud 1.5.1 Installation schlägt fehl wegen fehlendem PHP7

Schon vor der nextcloud Installation oder dadurch?

@Jürgen: Wenn apach2_php7 und php7-* erst durch nextcloud installiert
wurden, sind dann überhaupt schon die Variablen auf yes gesetzte? IMHO
nein, auf jeden Fall dann, wenn noch php5 aktiv ist.

Wie lauten die Namen der START_Variablen in /etc/config.d/apache2_php7
und /etc/config.d/php7-cli und wie sind diese gesetzt?
