Ich habe das mal eingebaut, werde aber erst nochmal über alle Changes seit
der letzten Version drübersehen, damit ich nichts übersehen habe.

Das mit der Reportmail funktioniert auch nur, wenn man für den rsync die
Option --stats in der rsnapshot.conf hinzufügt, was gleichzeitig bedingt,
überhaupt erstmalig hier Optionen für rsync einzubauen, die damit auch die
Defaults umfassen muss.

+ Check if verboselevel is >=3 if report is activated setting
  to 3 if value is <3
