[Eisfair] [eis1] Problem beim upgrade libpg5

Hallo,

kann mir jemand sagen, wie ich diese libs updaten kann? Bei der 
Installation von libpq5 soll libpq-5 deinstalliert werden, und das lässt 
er nicht zu.
