Die Mails kommen auch nicht von lm_sensors-Paket sondern von
eisgraph_mod_lmsensors-Paket, welches du deinstallieren solltest.

Danach wohl auch einmal die eisgraph-Konfiguration aufrufen und wieder
schliessen.
