[Eisfair] Aus dem Raid verlorene Partition wieder einhängen

ich habe auf einem meiner Server gerade dieses Szenario.

Ich habe jetzt versucht die Partition wieder zu adden, aber es kommt
diese Fehlermeldung.

server # mdadm /dev/md3 --add /dev/sda3
mdadm: Cannot open /dev/sda3: Device or resource busy


Die beiden Raid-1-Festplatten sind laut smartmon wohl OK

Weshalb ist die Partition raus und weshalb läßt sie sich nicht wieder
hinzu fügen? Ich bin mir sicher, daß ich das bei anderen Server schon so
gemacht habe.
