Nein. Das Problem, welches mit dem Patch

unix: avoid use-after-free in ep_remove_wait_queue

begann, wurde sowohl im Kernel 3.2 als auch 3.16 behoben und zwar durch

af_unix: Guard against other == sk in unix_dgram_sendmsg
