[Eisfair] php5_ccpp update mit Fehlern

Ich habe das gerade mal simuliert, indem ich libvpx aus der installed.db
entfernt habe.

Die Installation von php5_ccpp hat bei mir auch libvpx angefordert. Soweit
hier also alles normal.
