* Not reporting a communication error
  if trying to delete a not existing port forward
* Additions to the documentation mainly
  according to the workarounds for buggy
  fritzbox firmwares which seams to be not
  needed anymore since firmware 6.80
* avm-fritz-toolbox.sh version 1.8.4
