Ja, damit funktioniert kein Kernelupdate mehr.

Das geht nicht.

Partition vergrößern?

Dafür gibts Boot-CDs wie gparted.

Oder ganz auf die Bootpartition verzichten.

Bootparition aushängen und an anderer Stelle z. B. /mnt/boot wieder
einhängen.

Alle Dateien von /mnt/boot nach /boot

Wenn die sda3-Partition zuweit hinten liegt, könnte der lilo damit Probleme
bekommen.

Vielleicht könnte Thomas dazu was sagen, bevor Du solche Experimente machst.
