Aus der config.php:

$cfg['ForceSSL']                          = false;

/* Servers configuration */
[...]
/* End of servers configuration */

/* Configuration of secret for cookie encryption */
[...]

/* Configuration of security settings */
#$cfg['ForceSSL']                           = false;

Die Zeile ist zweimal drin, einmal mit vorangestelltem #, wobei in php doch
Kommentare als /* ... */ zu schreiben sind.

Vom Wert no aber hier keine Spur.
