[Eisfair] [e1] Eisfax 2.2.3 Headerzeile

Hallo an alle,

mir ist gerade Aufgefallen, dass Eisfax 2.2.3 bei mir keine Kopfzeile
mehr einfügt. An der Config habe ich vor einiger Zeit nur die Faxnummer
geändert da hier auf IP umgestellt wurde und ich somit eine extra Nummer
für das Fax habe. Das sollte aber doch damit nichts zu tun haben?

Hier mal das relevante der Config:
