Da musst du auf dem Remotesystem schauen, ob dort die timezone korrekt
eingestellt ist und ob bei der snmp-Abfrage auch korrekt angezeigt wird.

Cacti ist nur ein Monitoringsystem. Da kann man keine Zeitzone
einstellen. Maximal noch bei php, obwohl ich das nicht glaube, da bei
einigen Hosts diese Meldung kommt, bei anderen jedoch nicht.
