at the Charité, Campus Virchow Klinikum, we are searching for a student assistant for 40 hrs / week.

Your job would be data entry, communication with parents of newborns and healthcare workers to answer questions regarding hearing tests and request findings (mainly in german), taking care of our email mailbox and other administrative stuff.



You would get the opportunity to work in a specialized clinic with a reliable workplace, meaning steady payment and relative flexible working hours and flexibility regarding your working hours around exams.

It`s a good job for beginners or if you are in midst of your degree and need a steady income.

Your payment would be 12,96 / hours according to Tarifvertrag öffentlicher Dienst.

If you want (not necessarily mandatory) you can help in the preparation of statistical evaluations.

The workplace is associated to a clinic but you will have no direct contact to patients.

A patient personality, communicative competence and a precise work ethic (as we are working with health data) would be great.

Knowledge of German language is mandatory but it doesn’t have to be your native language.

You don´t need programming skills and it will not be part of the job.
