Ab sofort suchen wir für den Bereich Machine Learning eine*n
studentische*n Developer (16-20 Std/Woche) oder Praktikant*in in Vollzeit.
Wir sitzen in Potsdam, in nächster Nähe zum Griebnitzsee und zum Campus
des Hasst-PLattner-Instituts und der Uni Potsdam.

Improve public transport as a Student Machine Learning Developer


About MotionTag

MotionTag develops a platform for seamless smartphone sensors and applying
machine learning, we detect transport modes and thereby enable a new way
of paperless ticketing.
We are a small but growing team of motivated nerds, working with big
customers from the transport industry. We have secured funding from
experts in the transport industry and are now looking for tech loving
people who want to be part of the journey.

We need your support in
- Prototyping and testing new machine learning approaches
- Testing usability and performance of our apps
- Integrating custom algorithms in our Python production system
- Integrating third party APIs (e.g. timetables, booking interfaces)

Your profile
- Student of Computer Science, Math, Geo-Informatics or comparable
- Proven experience or interest in developing skills in Python
- Interest in test driven development
- Interest and experience in deep learning
- Professional proficiency in English
- Driven, reliable, good level of self-organization, team player!
- Knowledge in PostgreSQL and Ruby is a plus
- Experience with Leaflet, QGis and Mapbox is a plus


Start date: ASAP (16-20h/week, or as a full time intern)
