Subject: [jacorb-developer] Notification Server Slowness

Hi

I have a question related to the Jacorb Notification Server.

A Notification Server Process is started with one event channel to receive notifications from multiple Network Elements.

I have a consumer that is registered with the event channel. I notice that the push_structured_event on the event channel from the supplier takes ~3 seconds to return. I believe this is a synchronous call and why would it take that long?

It would be really helpful of i could get any pointers on what i should be looking at, any specific parameters to tune etc

If you need further information feel free to ask.

Thanks
Sriram
