[jacorb-developer] Upgraded Jacorb 2.3 to Jacorb 3.4

Hi Nick,

          In jacorb 2.3 properties file we mentioned the ssl client required and server required options as 60 and it was working fine.  Same values are not working with jacorb 3.4. We are communicating with application with orbix on other end.  Any pointers will Be really helpful?
