[jacorb-developer] Minor codes 23 and 26 in BAD_PARAM exception in get_reply_service_context problem

Hi,

Yes I think this looks correct. Please file a bug and if you would also 
like you could enter a git pull request by following the instructions at 
https://github.com/JacORB/JacORB (and ideally a test case as well! ;-) )
