[jacorb-developer] Setting SSL protocl as SSLv3 and TLSv1 but it always uses SSLv2

I am using Jacorb3.0Beta.

I am modifying the ssl demo program to connect to the server using SSLv3 or
TLSv1 but it always uses SSLv2. I have modified the properties files for
both client and server but when I check on Wireshark I still see the SSLv2
Client Hello message.

How do I get it to use TLSv1 or SSLv3?
